We know life can be unpredictable — and we totally understand that things come up! Our cancellation policy is simply in place to help us manage our time, prepare properly for your session, and ensure fairness for all clients (including those on our waitlist).

By giving us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, you're helping us stay organised and provide the best possible service to you and others. Thank you for your understanding and support 🤝

🚀 Basic Support Kickstart

(1 x 60-minute session | $99 AUD)

📋 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations/reschedules made 24+ hours before the session: ✅ No fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: ❌ $49.50 AUD fee (50% of session value)
First no-show (missed session without notice): One-time grace — no fee, simply reschedule
Second no-show (missed session without notice): ❌ $99 AUD fee (full session charged)

💳 Terms

Full payment of $99 AUD is required before booking
The consultation must be used within 3 months of purchase
Email follow-up is included for 7 days post-session

🧭 Pathway Planning

(3 x 45-minute sessions | $199 AUD)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: ❌ $33 AUD fee (50% of session value)
First no-show: One-time grace — we understand, no fee
Second no-show: ❌ $66 AUD fee (full session value) + may incur $50 rebooking fee or paused service
